Our process
How Prescott Kitchen Remodel works
You tell us about your kitchen, we book your free in-home estimate, and an Arizona ROC-licensed remodeling company that serves your town walks the kitchen and gives you a written price. You decide whether to go ahead.

Step by step
You request an estimate
Call us or use the form on any page. Tell us your town and project type, then pick a time that works for you.
We confirm the details
We confirm your details and match you with one ROC-licensed remodeler who serves your town.
In-home walkthrough
The remodeler confirms your appointment, usually within one business day, and walks the kitchen with you at your house.
You decide
Get a written estimate, check the license at roc.az.gov, and go ahead only if it is right for you.
Licensing and what we check
Your estimate is free, and you are never required to go ahead.
Every kitchen is built by a company that holds an active Arizona Registrar of Contractors license for the work they do. We still recommend you look up the license yourself at roc.az.gov before signing a contract. Hiring a licensed residential contractor also gives you access to Arizona's Residential Contractors' Recovery Fund if something goes wrong.
Your contract is directly with the ROC-licensed remodeler who builds your kitchen.
Prescott Kitchen Remodel is a referral service, not a contractor, and does not do remodeling work itself. The remodeler pays us a referral fee for each request. You pay nothing for the referral.
Common questions
Will I get a lot of spam calls?
No. Your request goes to one licensed remodeler, and we do not sell your information to anyone else. See our privacy page.
Who actually does the work?
An independent remodeling company that serves your town and holds an active Arizona ROC license. Their company name and license number appear on your written estimate and contract.
